Student Facilities
The college administration is fully conscious and aware of the problems faced by the student community when they leave their house for first time for studies. Care is taken by providing following facilities to them:
Separate hostel for Boys and Girls with Mess facility
Girls Hostel The girls hostel has capacity for 125 students. Each student is provided with an almirah, cot, table & chair as well as English & Hindi newspapers.The students are taken care by providing daily three meals, T.V. for their entertainment and inhouse zym to keep them healthy. Sweet dish and special diet are provided on satardays & sundays. The hostel timings are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The students are also provided with 24 hrs. telephone & Internet facility. There is a movement register for the inmates which is strictly followed. The hostel is guarded by 24 hrs security guard.

The boys hostel has initial capacity for 200 students. The students taking admission in 1st year are encouraged to reside in hostel so that they are safe from ragging. Each student is provided with an almirah, cot, table & chair as well as English & Hindi newspapers. There is T.V. & sports(both indoor & outdoor games) for their entertainment. There is inhouse zym for those who want to keep themselves fit & healthy and 24 hrs Telephone & Internet facility. They are given three times meals per day & special diet on weekends. The students make use of college bus in attending college daily. There is 24 hrs facility for security guard.
Bus Facility
The college owns one 60 seated bus & one 40 seated bus which has been purchased from R.S.R.T.C. & private company. There is bus pass issued to all those students who are staying in differents parts of the city and want to avail the bus facility for to & fro attending college regularly.college also have a tata magic & a bike for office use and for small works.

Students' Councillor
When a child steps in to college after school and is staying away from parents, he/she may feel stressed due to the new course of study. The college administration takes utmost care by councilling the students from time to time. Tranied & senior faculty members are assigned this job.
Medical Facility
The college in association with C.H.M.O. Govt. Hospital district Jhalawar, provides medical facility for the students. They are given timely checkups and advise by the doctors against seasonal diseases. Every year on 1st october, a blood donation camp is organised in the college campus in which students participate with full enthusiasm and donate blood. They get a card/certificate from the district hospital & they can use this card in getting blood of any group for any near relative at any place during emergency.
Internet Facility
The students of all the streams of Engineering & Management are provide with free 24 hrs Internet facility through BSNL broadband having speed of 2Mbps with wi-fi connectivity

Banking & Loan Facility
The students are provided banking & loan facility through the SBBJ bank with their staff giving regular visit in the campus and helping students by opening their zero balance account as well as providing them ATM facility.
Sports
Sports tournaments intercollege as well as intracollege are held regularly as per the annual calander. 'Maharani Vijaya Raje Scindia' sports complex has been hired by the college and students regularly make use of the indoor & outdoor games there, like table-tennis, cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, football, chess etc.
Educational Tours
The students of the college are regularly promoted to enhance their technical skills and develop a broad outlook towards the growing technology by attending various seminars & workshops organised by different Engineering colleges, IIT's & NIT's. In such seminars students present posters, papers, models etc. and get exposure towards their personality development.
Expert Lectures
To promote and encourage a strong base amongst the students of GECJ, it is planned to invite experts from different fields of engineering and technology to deliver special lectures.
- In this series, a professor from MNIT Jaipur gave very useful lectures on Electrical Engineering on 14th - 15th December 2007.
- Lectures on other topics will be organized in near future as a confidence building measure amongst the students
Personality Development
The students of this institution are well disciplined.
They have a proper dress-code which is followed by all.
Classes are held regularly with full attendance of the students.
Additional faculty has been appointed to improve upon the communication skills of the students.
Stress is also laid on spoken English.
Work on Personality Development in collaboration with E.D. Cell of MNIT Jaipur is on and will be finalized soon.
There is sports club, photography club, social activities club, cultural activities club etc. to promote creativity of the students.
Book Bank
Book bank facility is available with sufficient number of books. Text books as well as refrence books related to the syllabus are easily provided to 100% students – including those from under privileged section of the society.
